Terms & Conditions

Enclosure orders will be sent via Parcel Force 48 hour delivery - T Shirts will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class. Each item will come with a tracking number which I will contact you with. Any purchases before 5pm will usually be sent out the same day. 

Orders will be sent out with a tracking number via Signed For delivery and packaged to the highest standard to try and avoid any damages or breakages during delivery. 

If your package doesn't arrive within 5 working days at maximum please get in touch and let me know. I can then chase it up with Parcel Force for you and get it sorted out ASAP.

However, if your item does arrive broken please contact me within 24 hours of receiving so I can file a claim with the Post Office ASAP. You must send me evidence of the item in either the form of pictures or video. In the mean time please sit tight until I have received my insurance and once I have I will issue you with a full refund. I accept returns and refunds but will not cover the cost of postage. If for any reasons you are not satisfied with your item or wish to just return it, the item must be returned inside its original packaging in an "as new" condition with no faults.

You may NOT return an item if it has been scratched, modified, or has had any substrate, animals or any other such thing placed inside it.

PS - PLEASE RECYCLE AS MUCH OF THE PACKAGING AS POSSIBLE.
